Oak Aged Farmhouse Ale Refermented with Local Honey

Honey Foo starts with our Little Foo base that is aged in our American Oak foeders. We took 12 gallons of honey from our local Southwood Garden Center and refermented the beer with it. The results are a funky beer with notes of honey, citrus, and just a hint of grape candy.
