2017/2018 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- $300 plus tax
- 4 bottles of 5 member only beers (20 bottles total)
- Opportunity to purchase additional bottles of most releases before the general public
- 10% discount in tasting room on draft and merchandise purchases
- Two pieces of exclusive member glassware
- Membership card
- Option to assign a proxy to pick-up on your behalf
- Priority on volunteer opportunities such as bottling (pizza and bottles)
- Priority for 2018-2019 membership
*Membership and its benefits are intended for a single individual. Special arrangements will NOT be made for anyone who chooses to share their membership with additional individuals. This includes glassware, membership card, discounts, bottle allotments, invitation to the Facebook group, etc.
The fee for American Solera Society membership is $300 plus tax. Membership and its benefits begin on August 11, 2017 and expire on August 11, 2018. Membership fee is non-refundable.
Members will receive a total of 20 bottles of beer over the course of the year. We expect to offer 5 different brands (4 bottles of each) of sour or spirit aged beers that will be exclusive to members. We do not expect additional bottles to be available for sale to members. We reserve the right to save any additional bottles for special events or other use at our discretion.
Members will enjoy a 10% discount on all draft beer (excludes crowlers, growlers and bottles), merchandise, and food purchases made at the tasting room with valid membership card. Membership renewal fees are excluded from the discount.
Members will receive a pair of exclusive American Solera Society glasses. Glassware will be available for pick-up at the tasting room.
Members will receive a membership card to include their name, membership number, and proxy name (if applicable). Membership card must be presented at the time of beer pick-up or in order to receive applicable discounts.
Facebook Private Group
Members will have the opportunity to be added to the exclusive Society Facebook group. Only the paying member will be allowed access to the group. Anyone additional that is a named proxy, splitting a membership, etc. will not be allowed access to the group.
Members unable to pick-up their beer in the tasting room may assign a proxy. The trustee must be named when returning your membership questionnaire (to be sent via email at a later date). Membership perks are not extended to any proxy.
Members will have priority enrollment in the 2018-2019 society before the general public.
Order Shipping and Pick-up
We are unable to ship beer. Advance notice must be given via Facebook or email for ALL pick-ups. A pick up window of eight weeks will be set starting on the release date of each beer. The pick-up deadline will remain the same for each beer, regardless of order date. All beer not picked up within this window will be sold to the general public. Pick-up will take place at the tasting room located at 1801 South 49th West Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74107.

First Release & Member Reception
The first release will be available for pick-up on Friday, August 11. We will host a 2017-2018 members only reception in celebration of our 1 year anniversary and launch of the new membership year. Each member will be allowed to bring one guest.
