American Solera Society 2020-2021

NOTE: Membership and its benefits are intended for a single individual. Special arrangements will NOT be made for anyone who chooses to share their membership with additional individuals.  This includes member merchandise, membership card, discounts, bottle allotments, invitation to the Facebook group, etc. There may also be benefits to those who are local or able to easily visit the tap room.


The fee for American Solera Society membership is $400 plus tax. Membership and its benefits begin on August 22, 2020 and expire at the close of the pick-up window of your final allotment. This date may occur at any time but the membership year is not anticipated to last more than one year. Membership fee is non-refundable.

Member Beers/Allotments

Members will receive a total of 16 bottles of beer over the course of the membership. There is not a set schedule for the releases.  In an effort to only release the highest quality product possible, beers will be released when we determine that they are ready. Additional bottles above and beyond your number of allotted bottles may become available for purchase either online or in person.  This is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to save any additional bottles for special events or otherwise use at our discretion.

Online Ordering

Members will receive access to an online account on which allows advance purchase of beers for pick-up in the tap room within the specified pick-up window.  New releases will be available for purchase online for a limited time and must be picked up within 2 weeks of the release date.


Members will enjoy a 10% discount on American Solera, on-site, draft beer (excludes to-go beer, 4-packs, crowlers, growlers, and all bottles, including on-site bottles, as well as wine and cider) and A|S merchandise (t-shirts, glassware, stickers, etc.) purchased in either tasting room with valid membership card or online with a discount code. Membership renewal fees and ticketed events are excluded from the discount.


Members will receive an exclusive American Solera Society branded t-shirt with their membership.  T-shirt size must be selected at the time of membership purchase.  Shirts can be picked up in the tap room or mailed for an additional fee. Please choose shipping when checking out with your membership online to have your shirt shipped.

Membership Card

Members will receive a membership card to include their name and membership number. Member numbers cannot be requested or changed.  A member’s number will stay the same from year to year and retired if the member chooses not to renew. Membership card must be presented at the time of beer pick-up or in order to receive applicable discounts. Lost cards will not be replaced.

Facebook Private Group

Members will have the opportunity to be added to a private Facebook group. Only the paying member will be allowed access to the group.  Anyone additional that is a named proxy, splitting a membership, etc. will not be allowed access to the group.


Members unable to pick-up their beer in the tasting room may designate one permanent proxy to pickup his or her bottles from the tasting room. An additional proxy may be named using the form provided in the event that your permanent proxy cannot pick-up within the specified window.  You will have the ability to edit your back-up proxy at any time. This will require an extra step of verification at the time of pickup so we ask that you only consider this a back up option and attempt to find a reliable permanent proxy if you are unable to visit the taproom regularly. Proxies may pick up for up to 4 people at a time without any prior notice during tap room hours.  Please give 1 week notice if picking up for more than 4 people in one trip. Your designated proxy can be another member, but does not have to be. Please provide your proxy with information on what they are expected to pick-up to avoid any confusion or delays at the time of pick up. Membership perks are not extended to any proxy.

2021-2022 Membership

Members will have priority enrollment in the 2021-2022 society before the general public.

Order Shipping and Pick-up

We are unable to ship beer.  Members have a 2 week window to pick up bottles based on release date. All beer not picked up within this window will be forfeited. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. It is the member’s/proxy’s responsibility to print/bring the order sheet(s) if you’d like physical copies. An email will be sent to the address on file once the order is picked up. It is the member’s responsibly to dispute discrepancies within 48 hours. An online order is not required for membership allocations. All pick-ups will take place at American Solera located at 1702 E 6th St, Tulsa, OK 74104. 

Storage – SOLD OUT FOR 2020-2021

We have a limited amount of storage space for members that would like to pick up all allocated plus extra purchased bottles at year end for a $75 fee. Early pick-up of bottles will require 1 week advance notice. Storage will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Pick-up windows will still apply to non-bottle purchases, such as 4-packs, as we will not store cans.

Member Welcome Reception

Due to COVID-19, we do not have a welcome reception planned at this time. We hope to offer an event for members Fall 2020. 

Renewal Window

Current members will be able to renew their membership online through Sunday, June 28 at 10pm CST. If you miss this window, you must follow the instructions for the public below. 

Double Membership – SOLD OUT FOR 2020-2021

For the first time, American Solera will be offering a limited number of double memberships based on seniority. You must receive approval to purchase a second membership. Members interested in a double membership should complete the google interest form.  Those selected will be notified on June 29, 2020. All membership allotments will be double. If there are extra bottles for purchase, double members will have the opportunity to purchase double the quantity. However, this membership is only entitled to one proxy.  All items under a double member must be picked up at the same time; no partial pick ups. The discount in the tasting room remains 10% for double members. This membership is $800.

New Memberships

If any spots remain, memberships will be offered to the public during a local signup on a first come, first serve basis, on Monday, July 6th at 5:00 PM. These will be limited to one per person. The name and email address for the membership must be assigned at the time of purchase. Limit one membership per person.
